For O-1A, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW candidates

Your attorney defines the evidence strategy. We support the publishing work.

The evidence gap, named.

Immigration matters can involve records such as authored work, published material, original contributions, or peer activity, depending on the category and counsel's strategy. OftenCited does not decide whether an asset satisfies a legal criterion. We help a client publish accurate work and preserve ordinary provenance so their attorney can evaluate it.

What a six-month evidence sprint produces.

A published body of work under your byline on your own domain, structured, dated, and attributable: essays explaining your work, a content calendar reviewed against your attorney's instructions, and a provenance file containing recordings, drafts, approvals, URLs, and dates. OftenCited does not promise independent press, AI citations, field recognition, or acceptance of any item as petition evidence.

How we work with your attorney.

Your counsel owns the petition strategy. With their participation and permission, we can join a kickoff, align a publishing calendar to their instructions, and hand over ordinary publishing records such as URLs, archived copies, dates, recordings, drafts, and approvals. Scheduling is confirmed in writing and is never a promise about a filing or RFE deadline.

The math.

Scope and price depend on the approved publishing plan. Your attorney should decide whether the work is relevant to a petition before you buy; OftenCited cannot state that a program strengthens any criterion or improves the likelihood of approval.

FAQ

Is this legitimate?

Yes, and the legitimacy is the design: the work is genuinely yours, recorded, documented, and approved by you, which is exactly what distinguishes evidence from fabrication. Sophisticated adjudicators can tell the difference, and so can we.

Can you guarantee citations or coverage in time?

No. OftenCited cannot guarantee citations, coverage, petition evidence, or timing. We can define a publishing calendar and record any observations that occur, while your immigration attorney controls petition strategy.

Do you write recommendation letters or legal documents?

No. That is counsel's work. We build the published record those documents point to.
