Six concrete assets. One fixed price.

1. Positioning: one 90-minute interview; a named buyer, buying situation and 5 to 7 defensible claims with supporting sources and explicit gaps.
2. Voice guide: tone, vocabulary, examples and editing rules derived from your approved writing and interview.
3. Editorial site: a responsive home, about, essays index, three essay pages and contact page on your domain; page metadata, sitemap, relevant structured data and llms.txt. Existing systems are migrated only if listed in your written scope.
4. Newsletter: signup connected to a client-owned provider account, consent text and three welcome emails. Test signup, confirmation and unsubscribe before handoff; provider charges are separate.
5. Visibility baseline: a dated entity audit and five agreed buyer questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Record exact prompt, date, mode, available answer, source links and limitations. An unavailable engine or absent AI Overview is recorded as unavailable, never as a positive citation.
6. Three cornerstone essays: 800 to 1,200 words each, built from your expertise; one problem diagnosis, one method and one decision guide. You approve every piece before publication.

Approximately three weeks from an agreed kickoff.

Week 1: interview, source collection, claim map and voice guide. Week 2: site preview, three essay drafts and newsletter preview. Week 3: one consolidated revision round, your approval, publication, baseline and export.

Allow the interview plus approximately two hours for source review and approvals. Please return consolidated feedback within two business days; delays in inputs, access or approvals move the schedule. Factual corrections to our work are included. New positioning, extra pages, essays or integrations require a separate written quote.

We confirm a start date, named delivery owner, invoice identity and signed scope before requesting payment. Initial capacity is one active Foundation build. No unconfirmed start date is promised.

You can inspect the work before calling it finished.

Acceptance means all six assets are present; your approved pages work on desktop and mobile; links and forms pass; structured data validates; newsletter test messages and unsubscribe work; the dated baseline includes evidence or explicit unavailability; and the handoff contains source files, content, configuration instructions and account ownership. Your approval is recorded in your workspace. We do not publish without it.

You own the domain, site source, content, claim map, voice guide and subscriber export. Accounts remain in your name. Never send passwords by email; use delegated access. The handoff lists hosting and provider costs, backup/export steps and how to remove our access.

$3,500 once, after scope and start date are confirmed.

No monthly charge is included. Ongoing publishing is a separate purchase. Payment is collected through Stripe for the agreed Foundation scope. Applicable taxes, if any, are itemized before payment. Domain registration, hosting after handoff and newsletter/provider charges are client expenses disclosed before kickoff.

Before work begins, cancellation receives a full refund. Once work begins, the published Terms apply; we will not substitute a different service without your agreement. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will propose a written remedy, including a refund for undelivered work. Statutory rights apply.

Excluded: ongoing publishing, paid ads, outreach to your audience, placements, custom applications, legal/medical/immigration advice and guarantees of rankings, citations, leads or revenue. A baseline is an observation, not a promised result.
